I'm Kelly and this is my little slice of the blogosphere where I'll share a little bit about myself and my family, my culinary journey (which is ever-changing), and my quest to document life through photographs. I try to live my life IN FOCUS, being clear about what's truly important (relationships, hospitality, humility, giving--to name a few) and not sweating the small stuff. (Of course, I also hope my photographs are in focus as well!)
I'm a native Minnesotan who now calls the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains home. I'm married to a wonderful man who is the love of my life. We have two fantastic daughters who are growing into beautiful and wonderful young women and a wonderful son-in-law. I'm a child of God who loves my family, writing, food, reading, photography and the great outdoors.
